| Township project at Tripunithura. |
The project is a self contained township, comprising of more than 1200 flats spread out in an area of 10 acres of land. The project itself comprises approximately 7 lakhs sft. The amenities of project include Commercial Complex to meet the shopping needs of clients, Office complex, Restaurant and Canteen, Children’s play area with play park equipments, Fountain, Apartment Hotels, etc. Also the project is provided with 7 mtr wide road facing the flats and good drainage system is implemented through out the project to achieve 100% drainage of the project. The entire project is fully landscaped with enough common areas and car parks. This is the first of its kind in Kerala and our role includes the introduction the concept, modelling, designing and implementation of the same. |
| Waterfront Apartment Hotels at Thevara |
This is a high rise waterfront structure of G+13, designed in 3 Blocks in 3 different level, comprising 224 flats comprising 1,75,000 sft (approx), but all connected together located amidst the coconut lagoons, facing the waterfronts of Thevara backwaters. The structure is beautifully designed incorporating residential flats and Apartment Hotels. The apartment hotels are fully furnished. The amenities of the project include Swimming Pool, Health club, Club house, Conference hall, Restaurant, Kitchen with equipments, Reception lobby, Sewage treatment plant, Children’s play area, Fire Fighting Systems etc.
